Live Free Foundation is a Delaware nonstock nonprofit corporation registered in Delaware, New Hampshire, and Tennessee, recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3). References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the Live Free Foundation.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by anyone else. The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our mission, programs, and giving opportunities.

• Donations are voluntary gifts to support our charitable mission and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable.
• Pledges toward the Freedom Campus and other campaigns are commitments of intended future support. Naming rights and recognition honors are reserved upon pledge receipt and formally granted once the applicable campaign is funded and completed, as described on the relevant page.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party partner, Zeffy. Your use of their checkout is also subject to Zeffy’s own terms and privacy practices.
• Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your own tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Where we offer raffles or ticketed fundraising events, participation is subject to any specific rules, eligibility requirements, dates, and ticket limits posted for that event. Raffles are conducted to support our charitable purposes and may be subject to applicable state and local laws.

Requests for assistance through the Charity Box or other programs are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis under our board-approved charitable policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee assistance, and we reserve the right to determine how charitable funds are distributed.

The name, logo, text, graphics, and other content on this website are the property of the Live Free Foundation or used with permission, and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written consent, except as reasonably necessary to share information about our mission.

This website may link to or embed third-party services (such as our payment and fundraising processor). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
